Samantha Grant is a Certified Clinical Herbalist, Nutritionist, and Bach Flower Essence practitioner with over 1500 hours of study through Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism. Samantha is the Clinic Director and an educator at the school where she oversees the clinicians and clients at the low-cost clinic, and offers support to other budding herbalists as they embark on their journey into learning herbalism and deepening their skills in the vitalist tradition. Samantha comes from a long lineage of vitalist herbalists, and is enthusiastic about sharing the earth-based practices with her students and clients. Education is a key component of the healing process, and Samantha believes that empowering her clients to harness their own vital force and ability to heal is the first step toward holistic healing.

Samantha has a BS in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University where she developed a deep love for the desert and the unique ecotone that Flagstaff offers to the southwest region. As a Colorado native, she adores the Rocky Mountain landscape which sparked her passion for exploring the natural world and continues to inspire her as a forever student of the earth. She has a background in physical therapy and the natural food and supplement industry.

Samantha’s interest in holistic health is rooted in the desire to deepen our connection with the earth and manifest the vital energy that exists within all of us. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and she promotes nutrition through food, herbal medicine, and lifestyle techniques to boost vitality and awaken the healing powers. She supports her clients’ journey toward total wellness and finding balance in all aspects of their lives. Samantha is thrilled to have the opportunity to share this knowledge with her community. She hopes to help spread love and reverence for this earth while also creating a safe and sacred space for her clients to blossom and grow. She supports clients with herbal, nutrition, and flower essence consultations, and creates custom herbal products. Samantha is an Associate Member of the American Herbalist Guild (AHG), certified in Mental Health First Aid, and is currently pursuing a certification in Trauma-Informed Herbal Care from the AHG. Samantha enjoys spending her time gardening, reading, camping, hiking, medicine-making, and playing with her energetic pups.
